As a sponsor of the Komen Mid-Michigan Race for Cure® held at the State Capitol, it’s been an honor to annually participate in this day of celebration, tears, and renewed determination to create a future where breast cancer is no more. Since 2004, we’ve joined our neighbors in enabling the research to make that future a reality.
In addition to monetary donations and sponsoring our own Race Team, Lake Trust employees volunteer on Race day to show their support of the Komen vision of a world without breast cancer. Our volunteers have done everything from handing out pink carnations to every survivor who crossed the finish line to welcoming guests into the Survivor Celebration Tent.
We’re excited to further support Mid-Michigan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® by becoming a Platinum Partner for the Komen Mid-Michigan Ride for the Cure® held in Ann Arbor. It’s a privilege to be involved in this unique event that sees cyclists from all over the country ride to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
