How to Apply for Funding

The Mid-Michigan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen® is inviting applications from non-profit groups for grants to support high impact breast cancer programs in the Mid-Michigan area (Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Jackson, Livingston, Shiawassee and Washtenaw Counties).

Contact Mission Programs Director, Lisa Bauer, at to inform her of your intent to apply for a Community Grant or a Small Grant.

The Community Grant Request for Application and Small Grant Request for Application for 2014-2015 are available now.  The RFAs include our funding priorities, instructions and requirements for completing the application.  The priorities are based on information from the current Community Profile which guides our funding decisions.

All applications are done through our Grant eManagement System (GeMS).  To initiate a grant, go to and begin the log-in process.  The GeMS User Manual is a valuable tool when using GeMS.
