Request for Application
Komen Mid-Michigan announces a new grant cycle for projects funded for the period of April 1, 2011-March 31, 2012. The 2011-2012 Request for Application will soon be available. Please check back to this page for updates.
The Request for Application is based on findings from the bi-annual Community Profile. The RFA also sets the rules for applying for Komen Affiliate grants, including deliverables under the grant contract, evaluation criteria, grants structure and budget and other qualifying guidelines that must be met before the proposal is sent to review.

Small Grant Guidelines
Small grants are available to support breast health events, conferences, and travel to breast health conferences. Programs funded by small grants should also address the Affiliate's Mission Priorities.
